Hi, I'm Kathy! 

I want to wish all of you a happy and a very healthy new year!

Over the last seven years, I've had the pleasure of meeting many of you over the phone and have come to consider you friends.  Whether you call or email, I enjoy helping you order that first pair of slacks with us, answering your questions and hearing your suggestions and concerns.  I truly believe we have a great product and my daily aim is to give you superior service.

I decided to create this blog to keep you informed about what's going on at our company and to share information I come across that I think you will find helpful.

So, I’d like to start with an update on new items:

Since the pandemic began in late February, our factories have been closed. This has led to no new Sansabelt stock for almost a year, and unfortunately many of you are finding your favorite colors and fabrics out of stock. Like many companies we have been hit hard and we remain grateful to you for your loyalty.  

I am happy to report that new production of Sharkskin slacks is scheduled to begin in early 2021 and we can expect to have this popular fabric back in stock by late Spring. 

We will also have more of the Gab Poly Twills with stretch, to fill in for sizes that have already sold out.  If you are on our mailing list, you will be the first to know when both become available on our website.

Finally, we've begun looking at poly/cotton blends with a little spandex.  I’d love to hear your thoughts.  You may share them in the Comments section below.

As for older fabrics, such as the Melange, Poplin and Mini Check, these will likely not be replenished, so if you see something you want that's in stock, do grab it. 

We are ever mindful that your health, and that of your family, is your most important concern right now.  Please stay safe as we all try to get through this together and move to happier times.

    I am so glad I found your site, I have using sansabelt pants over 30 years. They are very comfortable to wear. I was from NewYork but now I live Florida. So I traded long pants for shorts lol. I have a wedding in June, so I will be ordering soon.

    I am happy to provide measurements but I will need to know your waist size once you measure around your belly button area. If you have a preference, pleated or flat front, please tell me that, too as measurements vary, but if you're not sure I can give you both.

    Can't get the website to take my credit cards. It continues to say "Something wrong with name or CVV..." I've tried two different cards and gone over & over the details but no luck.

    I'm sorry to hear that Mr. Brewer. We have stricter measures in place to protect your credit card information than many other websites, which generally works well as it is for your protection. Having said that, I do know that some customers do have problems so the best option would be to call me at 844 475-2257 if you are having trouble. I am able to go into the back end and see precisely what the issue is. Just one more thing you can check: Sometimes the credit card billing information for the address and cvv are perfect, but on the left side where you have your email address followed by your shipping address and phone number there is not a green checkmark next to each. For example if you put parentheses around your area code for your phone number, instead of a green checkmark, it will show as a red X so always be sure to review that left side panel before hitting the green submit button.
