Website Change/New Stock
I've so enjoyed talking with many of you and hearing how your lives are filled with family and friends once again!! We deserve the hugs we've missed for too long and I hope you are getting your fill :)
I also want to let you know that we have tried to make our website a bit easier to navigate. Once you have selected the style you want (Bing, Grant, Van...) and the fabric on every product page we have placed a red banner above where you select your color. Once you click on it, you can see in real time what we have available. The green boxes indicate we have stock in that size and color, the yellow boxes mean you should act quickly if you want that item, and the "0" means out of stock. In some of our fabrics, such as the Melange and Poplin, we have very limited quantity left, whereas those we regularly replenish such as Sharkskin and Gab Poly Twill with Stretch, you will find much greater availability.
On the subject of replenishment, we are struggling to get new goods as fast as we want. Whether it's a dishwasher, a car or a garment, we are all learning that inventory is low right now in almost everything and we have not been spared. Since Covid resulted in many factories closing for good, the excellent factory we use has taken on orders from large companies like Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein who needed to find a new manufacturer quickly. These brands place enormous orders, and until things normalize, they are taking precedence. We will not switch to another factory just to move more quickly as previous experience has taught us that being able to offer top quality pants that we can stand behind is more important than shaving two months off a production schedule and potentially producing a lesser product. So, if you need slacks, please grab them now. We have new pants in the works, and it will take until late Spring 2022 before we see anything.
