Privacy Policy

(Effective February 1, 2014)

ABG/HMX (“ABG/HMX”, “us”, “our”, or “we”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it when you visit the Sansabelt.com website (“Site”). This policy outlines the personal information we collect about you, why we collect it, how we use it, and when we might share it with third parties. Our policy also describes the choices you can make about how we collect and use your information.  We reserve the right to update this policy from time to time and posting a revision date above.

Aggregate Non-Personal Information We Collect

General information not connected to an individual visitor is called "Aggregate non-personal information." This information is collected into groups so that it does not reflect or reference an individually identifiable user. Some examples of this are geographic location or anonymous site usage data which we use to analyze trends and statistics.

Personally Identifiable Information We Collect and How We Use It

When you purchase products from an ABG/HMX Site, online or over the phone or through the mail, we may collect the following information:  Your name, shipping address, email address, credit card information, order information, geographic location and any other information you may have offered in the process of registering or inquiring about a product or making a purchase. You may view, change, or delete your personal information at any time by signing into your account using your email address and password or by contacting us by email, mail or phone.

We also automatically receive and record information from the browser you use on your mobile device or computer, such as your IP address, Internet connection speed and duration, device type, geographic data, browser type, device type, operating system, date and time information.

When you visit our Site and shop online with ABG/HMX, we will contact you via e-mail (or by phone, if necessary) to confirm your order status and shipment, request any information needed to fulfill and ship your merchandise or to advise you of any delays to the shipment anticipated, unless you have directed us not to contact you. We may also contact you after your order has shipped to ensure that your order was received in a timely  manner and in good condition.

We may share your information with service providers who manage our customer information and perform services on our behalf, such as fulfilling promotions, providing contests, sending communications to our customers, conducting surveys, etc.  We do not authorize any of these service providers to make any other use of your information.

We may also share information about you, if necessary, to comply with laws or regulations or in response to a valid subpoena, order, or government request, or to protect the rights of ABG/HMX or others.

How We Protect Your Personal Information

At all times, we keep the information you submit to us on a secure server and your credit card information will be encrypted. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your information as it is transmitted to us. To make sure you are accessing our secure server before you submit personal financial information, look at the URL or Location line of your browser. If you have accessed a secure server, the first characters of the address in that line should change from "http" to "https." Once we obtain your information, we maintain it on secured servers, including Cloud servers, and we encrypt your credit card information. But, sadly, there is no perfect security that is impenetrable from hackers and thieves. In the very unlikely event we believe the security of your information has been compromised, ABG/HMX may notify you using the information you submitted to ABG/HMX  .

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

We also collect information through cookies, which are small data files (“cookie”) that our web server stores on your computer. We use this information to improve our Site, personalize your online browsing and shopping experience, and to tailor communications to you.  For instance, we use cookies to keep items in your shopping cart and, with the help of third-party companies, to select ads we feel you would enjoy. If you prefer not to have a cookie on your system, you can set your browser to either refuse them in the future, or to warn you before accepting them. Some browsers may even allow you to delete any cookies they have accumulated during your past Internet sessions.

We also use pixel tags and other technologies to help us analyze our customers’ online behavior and measure the effectiveness of our Site offerings and our advertising. Pixel tags on our sites may be used to collect information about your visit, including the pages you view, the features you use, the links you click, and other actions you take in connection with the sites.  Cookies and pixel tags in our emails may be used to track your interactions with messages we send you, such when you open our emails and if you  clicked a link in an email message from us.

Other Communications You May Receive

ABG/HMX   generally sends mailings periodically informing you of our sales and special promotions. We may also make other information available to you through e-mail. However, you will always have the opportunity in each email communication to opt out of further emails from us or unsubscribe.

As a convenience to our customers, ABG/HMX provides access to Ratings and Reviews on our Site. ABG/HMX also has profiles on social networking sites. Keep in mind that any information you disclose in this area is available to the public and beyond our control.   We recommend you exercise caution before disclosing any personal information.
