SHIPPING

OUR PROCEDURE:

When you place your order, we must process and allocate it, then we transmit it  electronically to our New Bedford warehouse, where it is picked and sent for hemming/belt loops, if requested, packed, labeled and shipped.

If you place your order early in the day, allow for a half day for it to be processed.  If you order late in the day, it will be processed the following day. We are closed weekends.  If alterations are needed please add 1-2 business days. During busy sale periods, this schedule may vary by one to three days, but we do our best to ship as quickly as possible.**  

REGULAR SHIPPING

We ship via USPS Priority Ground and you will receive a tracking number via email just as soon as a shipping label is affixed to your package.  According to the USPS, it takes 2-3 days to get packages to the recipient via priority mail.  Shipping is Free for orders of $125 or over in the continental US, AK and HI. 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:

**If you need your item by a specific date, please take advantage of expedited shipping.  We offer UPS Overnight (please call) and 2-Day which you may select at checkout. We can expedite your order through processing and alterations.  Take advantage of UPS overnight and 2nd day shipping if you are in a hurry and must have your item by a specific date.  Please note that it takes one day to process orders so if you choose overnight, your order is guaranteed to ship the following day however if we have the order early in the day, we will do our best to ship the same day.  It is a good idea to call or email us at customersupport@sansabelt.com and we can let you know whether same day shipping is possible.

WHERE WE SHIP:

Currently we ship USPS Priority Ground to the continental US, AK and HI.  We also ship via UPS to Canada.  Please be aware you will likely incur an additional customs fee.  Unfortunately we cannot control this.  We don't bury that customs fee in ourshipping charge which many other companies do. 

We regret we do not ship internationally at this time.  You must have a US credit card and a US address.
