Care Instructions:
   Machine wash or handwash in lukewarm water.
   Hang to dry or tumble dry low and remove promptly. Cool iron, if needed.
**To Open the Back Pocket: As with the finest tailored pants, we offer one pocket sewn shut for a smooth look and recommend using the other button pocket for wallets, etc. However, you may still open it easily. Grab a tiny pair of cuticle scissors or a seam ripper and carefully cut, stitch by stitch.

Step up your look with this sophisticated classic, crafted in our finest Bengaline, a fine, washable poly/wool weave with a bit of spandex. This 4-season pant features a flat front and comfy side pockets. Its soft drape, heathered texture and choice of colors, will take you from an afternoon with friends, to dinner with that special someone. Unlike most poly/wool blends, ours contains aone touch of spandex for ease of wear and is machine-washable.  Roomy, straight leg fit.  If this is your first order, we strongly recommend ordering your pants unaltered (no belt loops or hemming) and leaving the tags on so you can return them if the fit is not right for you.Â

and then some. I have bought other beltless pants that look like cr*p. These polywools look as good as my high end suit pants with attention to detail and great construction.
Tough border fee
Have always loved the classic fit of these pants and the fabric's even better nwo but the duty tax was too high for me to keep ordering. Last wk I had my brother order for me in the US, and when i visit, i will pick them up.
look new after washing
Spilled gravy on them at wedding. My wife hand washed them and hung them up and they lookd good as new in the morning. Fabric looks like I paid a lot. Just got 2 more in taupe and brown and will be back for light gray next.

With all the new fabrics Do you have sample swatches that you can send in the different colors. I am a touchy feely type person. My husband has loved these pants for like over 20yrs or so. I always bought them local but so hard to find now and his are about worn out . Time to refill the closet!!!! Love these pants and I would recommend them ! Easy to care for and last a long time from our experience.

Very frusrated. Have tried on numerous occasions from November 2018 to today. Always out. Like Sansabelt but am tired of trying to find something in stock in my size and almost any color. is there a link to look at what is available in a specific size.
I totally empathize. Our current website does not allow for a search by size however, I can always find the size you need if you reach out to me via email at customersupport@sansabelt.com. Currently we do have availability in sizes 30-60 with no missing sizes in our new Madison fabric. This wonderful natural and microfiber blend comes in pleated front and flat front with side pockets.
