Care Instructions:
Machine wash or handwash in lukewarm water.
Hang to dry or tumble dry low and remove promptly. Cool iron, if needed.
**To Open the Back Pocket: As with the finest tailored pants, we offer one pocket sewn shut for a smooth look and recommend using the other button pocket for wallets, etc. However, you may still open it easily. Grab a tiny pair of cuticle scissors or a seam ripper and carefully cut, stitch by stitch.

Finally pants that fit my husband right!
I used your size chart to measure my husband's waist because I can't stand pants that slide below a man's gut. He always buys a size 36 because he keeps his pants sitting underneath his belly. After measuring his real waist like your website says, we found his real size is 42!!! He gave me a real hard time when I told him. Can you say EGO? I went ahead ordered two unhemmed in 42 so we could return them if we needed to and lo and behold, THEY FIT GREAT!

Bad name. Great fabric.
Feels like silk just like you say in your website. And it DOES have a weave which makes it look much more expensive than your other pants. I expected sharkskin to be shiny and slick so guys, next time, maybe give it a better name? Just sayin'

Thank you for your product review on our website. We are obviously a bit too picky for our own good perhaps but we rejected the jean samples made for us last October and we are now with a manufacturer who is able to sew in the Sansabelt waistband so it doesn't pucker. We will be approving the first sample very soon. Jeans will appear on our website in the summer of 2016.

I was happy to discover that Sansabelts are back in production. I bought my first pair--Grant sharkskin--as an experiment and was very pleased with the pants. When I saw that Grant gabardines were on sale, I bought two pairs. There was a slight mix-up with my order, but Customer Service really did help. I noticed, though, that the gabs seem a little tighter in the waist than the sharkskins. I haven't put a tape measure to them; it's just the way they feel.
I've washed all three pairs and they launder very well. Once the weather warms up (I'm in Chicago, so it will be a few months) I intend to order some poplins and maybe another pair of sharkskins.
